Our Service charter

The Bike Repair Man values a clear and straightforward approach. What you see in our service and repair descriptions is what we do and we demonstrate it after we've done it. We work to high standards, aiming to delight. With every service we provide our full inspection report: it details all points checked, work undertaken and replacements made. We always ask for approval from you prior to fitting any replacement parts. If our 41-point inspection finds items that are worn out, we’ll tell you & recommend replacements. We offer collection and delivery of your bike in all areas with modest charges, please ask for details. Prices exclude parts and consumables unless they’re specified in the service descriptions.
